主要由分布在各個(gè)工位上的吸氣臂進(jìn)行點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的焊接煙塵的捕集，集中收集到管道。吸氣臂內(nèi)部支架全部用不銹鋼管制作，耐腐蝕效果好，吸氣臂外部軟管為進(jìn)口防腐耐高溫鋼絲軟管，吸氣臂罩口可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況定為馬蹄形和禮帽型兩種形式。

The point-to-point welding smoke and dust collection is mainly carried out by the suction arms distributed on various workstations, and is concentrated in the pipeline. 焊接煙塵凈化系統(tǒng)也可分為很多種形式，但大多數(shù)情況采用濾筒是除塵器。濾筒式除塵器優(yōu)勢(shì)在于設(shè)備體積小過(guò)濾面積大，凈化精度高等。

控制系統(tǒng)主要分為兩種形式：

一是變頻控制系統(tǒng)，此控制系統(tǒng)需硬件配備變頻風(fēng)機(jī)，電控管道風(fēng)閥感應(yīng)器件等。達(dá)到根據(jù)開(kāi)工工位數(shù)量進(jìn)行主機(jī)的變頻控制同事控制管道通風(fēng)管路，已達(dá)到定向輸送吸風(fēng)，節(jié)省運(yùn)行能源的目的。

The second is a non variable frequency control system, which is relatively simple. The main switch is set and the pipeline air valve is manually adjusted. This system is relatively simple and practical.

一般這兩種系統(tǒng)需要主機(jī)包含脈沖反吹功能。
