　　1、放假期間安排專業人員值班巡查跟蹤現場設備；

　　1. Arrange professional personnel to patrol and track on-site equipment during the holiday period;

　　2、確保電泳槽液處于循環攪拌狀態，因特殊情況等停止攪拌時間不宜超過4小時；

　　2. Ensure that the electrophoresis tank solution is in a circulating stirring state, and stop stirring for no more than 4 hours due to special circumstances;

　　3、每天巡查電泳槽液面高度，需要及時補加純水，使電泳槽主槽和副槽液位差在 5cm 左右；可根據槽體大小每天適當補加 NHF-01 溶劑，保持槽液處于良好的分散狀態；

　　3. Daily inspection of the liquid level in the electrophoresis tank requires timely addition of pure water to maintain a liquid level difference of approximately 5cm between the main and auxiliary tanks; NHF-01 solvent can be added daily according to the size of the tank to maintain good dispersion of the tank solution;

　　4、保證冷熱水機組運行正常，停產時可將電泳槽液溫度控制在25℃左右，可減少停產期間溶劑的揮發；因冬季氣溫較低，特別注意避免槽液因溫度過低出現結冰冷凍現象破壞槽液狀態；

　　4. To ensure the normal operation of the hot and cold water units, the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution can be controlled at around 25 ℃ during shutdown, which can reduce solvent evaporation during shutdown; Due to the low temperature in winter, special attention should be paid to avoiding freezing and damaging the state of the tank liquid caused by the low temperature;

　　5、電泳線超濾系統如果需要停止運行，需要在停止前進行清洗，將超濾系統中的槽液置換出來，并用清洗液清洗恢復超濾流量，最后用純水保持潤濕狀態，防止槽液在過濾器、管道、超濾管中沉淀和干燥出現堵塞過濾袋、過道、超濾膜等現象；

　　5. If the electrophoresis line ultrafiltration system needs to stop running, it needs to be cleaned before stopping. The tank solution in the ultrafiltration system should be replaced, and the ultrafiltration flow rate should be restored by cleaning with cleaning solution. Finally, pure water should be used to maintain a moist state to prevent the tank solution from settling and drying in the filter, pipeline, and ultrafiltration tube, which may cause blockage of the filter bag, aisle, ultrafiltration membrane, etc;

　　6、電泳線陽極系統在停止運行前排放陽極液并補加純水，使陽極膜處于潤濕狀態，防止陽極液泄露進入電泳槽液以及陽極膜干燥出現堵膜情況；

　　6. Before stopping the operation of the electrophoresis line anode system, discharge the anode solution and add pure water to keep the anode membrane in a wet state, preventing the leakage of the anode solution into the electrophoresis tank solution and the blockage of the anode membrane due to drying;

　　7、電泳線做好安全巡查，防塵防蟲防破壞防墜槽;

　　8、其它按照電泳線正常操作程序進行，緊急情況及時聯系反饋。

　　1、啟動生產前，檢查電泳槽液溶劑含量是否足夠(可根據揮發情況補加 NHF-01助劑)，將電泳槽液溫度升至正常溫度；更換主循環過濾器過濾袋加強過濾；

　　1. Before starting production, check if the solvent content in the electrophoresis tank solution is sufficient (NHF-01 additive can be added according to the volatilization situation), and raise the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution to normal temperature; Replace the main circulation filter bag to enhance filtration;

　　2、檢查純水系統是否正常，看有無生菌，并制備新鮮純水；

　　2. Check if the pure water system is functioning properly, check for bacterial growth, and prepare fresh pure water;

　　3、陽極水箱中的純水排放掉，并補加新的純水，加入 NHF-O2 助劑配制陽極液；

　　4、檢查超濾系統是否正常，超濾過濾器過濾袋，開啟超濾機正常運行；

　　5、電泳烘箱、轉序車及電泳掛具清洗除塵后進行使用。

　　放假期間倒槽檢修事宜／

　　1、 對于平時生產任務緊張，未能進行倒槽的客戶，建議在開線正常生產前進行倒槽事宜。有備用槽的電泳線，可先將備用槽用純水清洗干凈，然后將電泳槽液打到備用槽，無備用槽的電泳線可將 UF 浸泡槽中的 UF 液排放，將電泳槽液轉移至 UF 浸泡槽中；

　　1. For customers who have tight production tasks and are unable to perform slot reversal, it is recommended to perform slot reversal before starting normal production on the line. For electrophoresis lines with backup tanks, the backup tank can be cleaned with pure water first, and then the electrophoresis tank solution can be transferred to the backup tank. For electrophoresis lines without backup tanks, the UF solution in the UF soaking tank can be discharged and transferred to the UF soaking tank;

　　2、清理電泳槽中的沉淀雜質，特別是拐角和死角區域；

　　2. Clean up the sediment impurities in the electrophoresis tank, especially in the corners and blind spots;

　　3、清洗、更換及調整電泳槽循環管道及噴嘴，改善循環；

　　3. Clean, replace, and adjust the electrophoresis tank circulation pipeline and nozzle to improve circulation;

　　4、檢修陽極系統:檢查陽極膜是否漏、堵，陽極(不銹鋼、板)是否出現腐蝕生銹嚴重、極管(框)是否變形破損、陽極液循環管流量情況，對異常的陽極系統進行清洗更換修復；如陽極系統有生細菌情況，需要使用雙氧水等進行殺菌處理(注意安全防護)；

　　4. Overhaul the anode system: Check whether the anode film is leaking or blocked, whether the anode (stainless steel, plate) is severely corroded or rusted, whether the electrode tube (frame) is deformed or damaged, and the flow rate of the anode liquid circulation tube. Clean, replace, and repair any abnormal anode systems; If there are bacteria in the anode system, it is necessary to use hydrogen peroxide for sterilization treatment (pay attention to safety protection);

　　5、清洗 UF 槽循環水箱、UF槽體，清洗和更換調節噴淋管道和噴嘴，清洗完成后補加純水，如果槽體體積過大，需要在 UF 槽中補加適量 NHF-01 助劑，防止超濾后電泳槽中溶劑被打入 UF 槽中導致電泳槽溶劑含量過低；

　　5. Clean the UF tank circulating water tank and UF tank body, clean and replace the regulating spray pipes and nozzles, and add pure water after cleaning. If the tank body volume is too large, an appropriate amount of NHF-01 auxiliary agent needs to be added to the UF tank to prevent the solvent in the electrophoresis tank from being injected into the UF tank after ultrafiltration, resulting in a low solvent content in the electrophoresis tank;

　　6、清理打掃烘箱、清理鏈條上的附著物；

　　6. Clean the oven and remove any attachments from the chain;

　　7、待電泳槽系統檢修完成后將電泳槽液打回電泳槽中，在打出和打回時可在出液管處套上過濾袋或者提高過濾器中過濾袋更換頻率加強過濾。
