1、吸氣臂捕捉方式

吸氣臂的骨架類似于人的手臂,通過阻尼桿和摩擦片的作用,吸氣手臂能夠在吸氣臂長度范圍內的空間內懸停。在吸氣罩的位置上設計了獨特的旋轉機構,保證了吸氣罩能夠通過任意方位對準焊接位置。吸氣罩通過流體設計和氣流模擬,使吸氣臂能夠最大量和最大范圍的捕捉焊接過程中產生的煙塵。

吸氣臂的外層為耐高溫的軟管,直徑為φ140-160,內襯鋼絲。一方面能夠防止火花飛濺燙傷軟管,同時軟管結構又保證了吸氣臂的移動靈活,不被負壓吸扁。每根吸氣臂的設計流量通常為1,200m3/h,吸氣罩位于焊接位置上方的250-300mm高。

多工位焊煙除塵設備
適用范圍:

吸氣臂的吸風罩尺寸為φ150-170,適合處理焊縫長度不超過100mm的焊接,工人焊接位置固定的情況。焊接方法適合手工電弧焊、CO2氣體保護焊、MAG焊、MIG焊。

頂吸罩為了能夠完全捕捉在一個工位上產生的任意粉塵,其尺寸為設計成覆蓋工件所有的焊接位置,頂吸罩的外形為四凌臺形,每一面與地面的夾角不小于45°,為了避免橫向氣流的干擾,通常會在吸氣罩的側邊掛擋弧簾。

3、頂吸板

頂吸板的捕捉原理類似于頂吸罩,兩者的區別在于,頂吸板為單層結構,采用了氣流模擬軟件詳細的模擬了其氣流組織過程,采用圓形吸口的結構,改頂吸罩的雙層結構為單層結構,有效的減少了頂吸罩的重量,減低了頂吸罩的壓力損失,同時頂吸板的外形也遠超頂吸罩。
