一.首先噴槍得保證涂膜均勻性: 按設計的線速度進行噴涂，涂膜厚度誤差在±10％以內(nèi).工件內(nèi)表面除死角外達到全覆蓋，固化后應無由于設備本身原因造成的諸如氣泡、流痕、漏噴、露底、水眼等明顯缺陷。

1、 Firstly, the spray gun must ensure the uniformity of the coating: spray according to the designed linear speed, with a coating thickness error of ± 10%. The inner surface of the workpiece should achieve full coverage except for dead corners. After curing, there should be no obvious defects caused by the equipment itself, such as bubbles, flow marks, missed spraying, exposed bottom, and water holes.

二.自動噴漆機的噴槍具有良好的充電效果 ，霧化性能好，在正常工作時，能調(diào)節(jié)自動槍與工件的距離及槍與槍之間的距離（上下），并且易于清理、拆卸。

2、 The spray gun of the automatic paint spraying machine has good charging effect and good atomization performance. During normal operation, it can adjust the distance between the automatic gun and the workpiece, as well as the distance between the guns (up and down), and is easy to clean and disassemble.

三.自動噴槍采用自動＋手噴方式（手補開口做門，平時不用和清理時可以關(guān)閉起來），所有噴槍為內(nèi)置式高壓組件的電暈槍，采用氣流閉環(huán)控制技術(shù)。

3、 The automatic spray gun adopts an automatic+manual spray method (with a manually opened door that can be closed when not in use or during cleaning). All spray guns are corona guns with built-in high-voltage components and adopt airflow closed-loop control technology.

四.自動槍的適用范圍要廣， 可直接噴涂金屬粉末。精細的粉末霧化使涂層更均勻、更柔和。

理想充電效果，極佳的環(huán)抱效應。 耐磨型結(jié)構(gòu)：防假冒保護。

五.噴槍應是“三次氣”設計，中央電極針清潔氣，保持導流板內(nèi)側(cè)、電極針清潔，避免噴涂瑕點，提高充電的穩(wěn)定性。插入組件前端的保護契塊可拆卸，運行成本低。電流隨著噴槍與工件的間距變化而自行匹配，保證粉末帶電。

5、 The spray gun should be designed with a "triple air" design, with a central electrode needle for cleaning, keeping the inner side of the guide plate and electrode needle clean, avoiding spray defects, and improving charging stability. The protective block inserted into the front end of the component is detachable and has low operating costs. The current matches itself with the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece, ensuring that the powder is charged.

六.自動槍與手動槍某些磨損件互換，減少備件種類。當近噴涂時，輸出功率自動調(diào)整以避免過量帶電產(chǎn)生靜電反彈-桔皮，當槍與工件距離近于“安全限距”時，高壓自動切斷，安全可靠。

6、 Swapping some worn parts between automatic guns and manual guns reduces the variety of spare parts. When spraying in close proximity, the output power is automatically adjusted to avoid electrostatic rebound caused by excessive charging - orange peel. When the distance between the gun and the workpiece is close to the "safe limit distance", the high voltage is automatically cut off, ensuring safety and reliability.

七.高壓隨槍與工件的間距變化而且與電流自行匹配，保證粉末充電。自動噴涂時，輸出功率自動調(diào)整以避免過量充電產(chǎn)生靜電反彈（桔皮）。當槍與工件距離近于“安全限距”時，高壓自動切斷。離開后自動恢復。復雜工件噴涂的效果良好。

7、 The high voltage varies with the distance between the gun and the workpiece and matches with the current to ensure powder charging. When automatic spraying, the output power is automatically adjusted to avoid electrostatic rebound (orange peel) caused by excessive charging. When the distance between the gun and the workpiece is close to the safety limit, the high pressure will automatically cut off. Automatically recover after leaving. The spraying effect of complex workpieces is good.

八.自動槍尾部電纜和安裝支架不能進入噴房，以避免生產(chǎn)時電纜和安裝支架粘粉和換色時節(jié)約換色時間及大大減少壓縮空氣吹壞電纜接頭的機率。

8、 The tail cable and installation bracket of the automatic gun cannot enter the spraying room to avoid powder sticking and color changing during production, saving color changing time and greatly reducing the probability of compressed air blowing out cable joints.
