粉體噴涂中的小旋風(fēng)+濾芯回收裝置是較先進(jìn)，換色較快的粉末回收裝置。噴粉系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部分建議選用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，噴粉室、電動(dòng)機(jī)械升降機(jī)等部件全部國產(chǎn)化。

二、烘道

2、 Drying channel

烘道是涂裝生產(chǎn)線中的重要設(shè)備之一，它的溫度均勻性是保證涂層質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)。烘爐的加熱方式有：輻射、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)及輻射+熱風(fēng)循環(huán)等，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)可分單室和通過式等，設(shè)備形式有直通式和橋式。熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘爐保溫性好、爐內(nèi)溫度均勻、熱損失少，經(jīng)測試，爐內(nèi)溫差小于±3oC,可達(dá)到先進(jìn)國家同類產(chǎn)品的性能指標(biāo)。

The drying oven is one of the important equipment in the coating production line, and its temperature uniformity is an important indicator to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating methods of the oven include radiation, hot air circulation, and radiation+hot air circulation. According to the production program, it can be divided into single chamber and through type, and the equipment forms include through type and bridge type. The hot air circulation oven has good insulation, uniform temperature inside the furnace, and less heat loss. After testing, the temperature difference inside the furnace is less than± 3oC, can achieve the performance indicators of similar products in advanced countries.

三、熱源系統(tǒng)

熱風(fēng)循環(huán)是應(yīng)用較普遍的加熱方式，它利用對流傳導(dǎo)原理對烘爐進(jìn)行加熱，達(dá)到工件的干燥和固化。熱源可根據(jù)用戶的具體情況選擇：電、蒸汽、燃?xì)饣蛉加偷取嵩聪淇筛鶕?jù)烘爐的情況而定：置于頂部、底部和側(cè)部。

Hot air circulation is a commonly used heating method that utilizes the principle of convective conduction to heat the oven, achieving drying and solidification of the workpiece. The heat source can be selected according to the specific situation of the user, such as electricity, steam, gas, or fuel. The heat source box can be determined according to the situation of the oven: placed at the top, bottom, and sides.

四、電控系統(tǒng)

4、 Electronic control system

涂裝、涂裝流水電氣控制有集中和單列控制。集中控制能采用可編程序控制器（PLC）來控制主機(jī)，根據(jù)編制的控制程序?qū)Ω鞴ば蜻M(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集和監(jiān)視報(bào)警。單列控制是涂裝生產(chǎn)線中的控制方式，各個(gè)工序單列控制，電控箱（柜）設(shè)置在設(shè)備附近，造價(jià)低、操作直觀、維修方便。

Painting and painting flow electrical control have centralized and single column control. Centralized control can use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to control the host, automatically control each process according to the programmed control program, collect data, and monitor alarms. Single column control is a control method in the painting production line, where each process is controlled in a single column. The electrical control box (cabinet) is located near the equipment, which has low cost, intuitive operation, and convenient maintenance.

五、懸掛輸送鏈

懸輸機(jī)是工業(yè)流水線、涂裝線的輸送系統(tǒng)，積放式懸輸機(jī)應(yīng)用于L=10-14M的倉儲(chǔ)貨架和異型路燈合金鋼管涂裝線。工件吊裝在掛具上（承重達(dá)500-600KG），進(jìn)出道岔平滑，道岔根據(jù)工作指令由電氣控制進(jìn)行開合，滿足工件在各處理工位的自動(dòng)輸送，在強(qiáng)冷室、下件區(qū)域內(nèi)平行積放冷卻，并在強(qiáng)冷區(qū)域設(shè)掛具識(shí)別和牽引報(bào)警停機(jī)裝置。涂裝流水線是流水線市場上比較流行了一款產(chǎn)品，七大組成部分主要包括:前處理設(shè)備、噴粉系統(tǒng)、噴漆設(shè)備、烘爐、熱源系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)、懸掛輸送鏈等。適用于工件表面的噴漆、噴塑處理，多用于單件或小批量工件的涂裝作業(yè)，配合懸掛輸送機(jī)、電軌小車、地面輸送機(jī)等運(yùn)送機(jī)械形成運(yùn)輸作業(yè)。
